Here are the declarations of AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic to the Milan Channel on Friday 8 January 2016 ahead of the Serie A Week 19 game, AS Roma vs AC Milan.   Milan facing Roma at the Olimpico Stadium on Saturday 9 January.

As reported by AC Milan official website, The first comments were on forward Jeremy Menez, who took part in some of today’s session at Milanello: “It’s great news. We haven’t had him available this season. He’s a big player for us. He was one of the best, if not the best, last season for Milan. He scored 16 times. Let’s see how it goes when he steps-up his training.”
AC Milan TicketsOn the absences in the 23-man squad for the Roma match: “Alex has a knee injury. It was swollen after the match with Bologna. We want to rest him and try and have him available for Wednesday’s TIM Cup match against Carpi. Cerci hasn’t been called up and it was a technical decision.”

The coach reflected on tomorrow’s match: “Roma are a strong side, but are having a few difficulties like us. I don’t know if Salah will be available, but they have plenty of other options in attack regardless. They drew the last match while we lost our last match. The defeat to Bologna hurts. We’re disappointed. It is going to be hard, but we cannot give up and think there is nothing left to play for in the league. I told the players that even winners fall, but they then have the strength to pick themselves up. That’s what we have to do.”

More from Mihajlovic: “We deserve 4 or 5 points more based on our performances this season. I am certain that with a full squad we can compete for a top-three finish. But we’ve also complicated matters for ourselves. We create lots of chances, but don’t score enough. We need to improve on this. Roma will make it hard for us. We will need to stay compact and make sure we’re never out of the contest. I don’t read what is said in the papers. I know I am giving my all and I do this job with passion. While I am in charge, I will continue to give my best. I am not one to give up.”
