MADRID, SPAIN-ITALY 1-0: MONTOLIVO PLAYS FULL 90 MINUTES

MILAN – Spain beat Italy last night 1-0 at the Vicente Calderon in Madrid, the home of Atletico Madrid.Pedro scored the only goal of the game for Spain in the second-half.Milan’s Riccardo Montolivo played the full 90 minutes while Ignazio Abate and Mattia De Sciglio played the entire second-half coming on for Maggio and Criscito respectively.The rest of the international friendly matches which involved Milan’s players went as follows: Essien played 66 minutes of Montenegro-Ghana 1-0. Muntari came on in the second-half. Morocco’s match with Gabon ended 1-1 with Taarabt captaining his national side. It didn’t go that well however for Valter Birsa and his Slovenia side who lost 2-0 to Algeria.
