MILAN – Here’s what players and management had to say after Monday's match in Genoa:CLARENCE SEEDORF (PRESS CONFERENCE)"It was a tough match and all teams struggle here, including Juventus. It’s what I was expecting. We did well to take the lead early on, they pushed hard but we defended well. Time is something that I’ve been asking for from the start and now the results are proving us right. Honda is growing by the game. It was tough today as the opponent was aggressive but he played very well and the goal came at the right moment. He was our extra man tonight, all credit to him. It’s always satisfying to score in Serie A. When the results don’t come, ti’s normal to have to work harder. We’re on the right road and the players are following. I’m happy to see the improvements and the increase in self-confidence. I’m happy for the players as the results are thanks to them”.MAURO TASSOTTI“We knew that they’d be playing at a high pace and they were very competitive. Maybe we were a bit lucky too but we fought well and we looked for the win. We started well and we had the game in hand and we got the goal through Taarabt. They never stopped playing though and maybe their league position allows them to play without pressure. We’re happy with the continuity in our results as it’s the first time we’ve won three in a row. It’s tough to play here and now we have two home matches to continue doing well. We have to keep on getting results”.DANIELE BONERA"I’m very happy. After two good results we were able to do well here as well. Now we have two home games and we have to make the most of the situation. We’ve always reacted to difficulty. Things that have been written have stung our pride and we reacted well. I try and do my best for the team and add balance where I can at the back. We know that with the attackers that we have, we can always create something useful. We need more points to get into Europe and we can get them with the next two home matches. We have to give everything we have”.
