CRISTIAN ZAPATA TO THE MILAN CHANNEL: “Tough match in Udine”

MILAN – Cristian Zapata spoke to the Milan Channel after returning from international duty today:
“I feel good and I’m happy to be back fit after the injury. Udinese aren’t in good form but it’ll be a tough match. They’ll be waiting for us with real determination to win. We know that we’ll have to give everything to get the three points and that’s what we’ll do when we get to Udine. The Friuli stadium is not an easy one to play in.I enjoyed my time with the club and I’d like to thank Udinese for those years. These are matches that Di Natale shines in, he’s their reference player and we’ll have to be very wary of him.A win would give us some calm ahead of the trip to Spain for the match to get through to the next round of the Champions League. It’ll be very difficult in Madrid, but we’ll be looking to play aggressive football and win the match. We have 90 minutes to do it in and we showed at the San Siro that we can cause them problems. We have to play like we did in the first leg but this time we need to score. The coach has done well and you can see that we’re improving game by game, which is thanks to him. The new players still need time to settle in but I think that so far they’ve done well as they’re good players”.
