MILAN – Charlie Stillitano is the organizer of the Guinness International Cup, the summer time friendly tournament in America that Milan will take part in this year. Here’s some of what he had to say to the Milan Channel:
“Milan will face Olympiakos this summer in New York and the second match will be played in Charlotte against Liverpool. To date, 40,000 tickets have already been sold.I’m disappointed that the team were knocked out of the Champions League last night but I’m pleased that they’ll be playing in the tournament this summer. Last year Milan came third and fully honored the competition. I also remember what Bruce Arena, the Los Angeles Galaxy coach said after playing the Rossoneri, he was impressed by the performance and also the quality of the squad”.
