AC Milan Coach Stefano Pioli preparing the team with a training on Monday 31 August 2020 at the Milanello Sports Center at 15:00. The good news is that forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic rejoined his teammates for training after renewing his contract with AC Milan for one more season until 30 June 2021.
As reported by AC Milan official website, the team warmed up in the gym before heading out onto the pitch to work on speed, using low obstacles. Afterwards, they moved onto some rondos and a series of drills focusing on possession of the football, before some some themed games. To finish, as is usual, the group played a game on a reduced pitch.
