This is what Vincenzo Montella had to say about today’s draw for the UEFA Europa League rounds of 32 and 16.

“Esbjerg are a decent side and it won’t be easy to go and play in Denmark in February. The climate in the away leg will definitely have a bearing on things but we can’t use that as an excuse.

“An all-Italian last-16 meeting? We’ll have to see if both of us get through the last 32. But if that does happen then it would have been preferable to face another Italian team a bit later in the competition.”
