AS Roma keep the leadership after the draw in the UEFA Europa League Group Stage Matchday 3 game against Borussia Monchengladbach at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy.   The Roman gladiators ended the game with a late draw after Borussia Monchengladbach converted a penalty in the 95th minute for the final 1-1.

The good news is that AS Roma leads Group J with 5 points and a positive goal difference of +4.

It is AS Roma to open the score in the 32nd minute. Nicolò Zaniolo delighting the fans after defeating Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper with a headed shot in the top left corner. Jumping higher, and higher, and higher until netting the ball. Awesome. The assist is by Jordan Veretout with a cross following a corner conceded by Ramy Bensebaini. Forza ragazzi!!!!!! Let’s go!

Oh my gosh!!!!!  I can’t believe it!   What a headache!  Referee giving a penalty to Celtic in the 93rd minute.  The penalty is conceded by Chris Smalling for a handball inside the penalty area.    Lars Stindl converts the penalty defeating AS Roma goalkeeper Pau Lopez with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner crushing Roma fans!   Unbelievable… conceding a penalty at the end of the game.
