✅ Stats before the game. The only precedent between Barcelona and Naples in one of the main European competitions saw Barcelona eliminate the Italian team in the round of 16 of the 2019-20 Champions League. The first leg, in Naples, ended 1-1; the return – at Camp Nou – 3-1 for Barcelona. Excluding the qualifiers, the Super Cup and the Club World Cup, Barcelona’s last 191 games in European competition have been in the Champions League. This is in fact the first game for Barcelona in the second European competition since 2003-04, when they were eliminated in the first knockout round of the UEFA Cup by Celtic. Barcelona manager Xavi played both games as a starter.
🏆👉Lineup BARCELONA (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Mingueza, Piqué, Garcia, Jordi Alba; Pedri, Gonzalez, F. De Jong; Traoré, Aubameyang, Ferran Torres.
🏆👉Lineup NAPOLI (4-2-3-1): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Koulibaly, Juan Jesus; Anguissa, Fabian Ruiz; Elmas, Zielinski, Insigne; Osimhen.
