Juventus have reportedly made a new offer to Manchester United for Joshua Zirkzee as they look to strengthen their attack following the serious injury to Kenan Yildiz.

The Dutch striker prefers a move to Juventus over Fiorentina and has been hoping for a return to Serie A. At the same time, the Bianconeri have contacted Newcastle United about Nick Woltemade as a possible alternative, while Jonathan David is getting closer to a move to Atletico Madrid.

Juventus make new €30m bid for Zirkzee

According to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus have put a new proposal on the table for Manchester United involving a paid loan with an option to buy for €30m.

Zirkzee has been eager to return to Serie A for months and was reportedly stalling on Fiorentina’s interest because he hoped Juventus would eventually make an approach for him.

The Bianconeri are looking for at least one new striker after Yildiz’s serious injury. However, their priority is also affected by the expected departure of Jonathan David, with Juventus reportedly in advanced negotiations to loan him to Atletico Madrid with an option to buy.

Juventus consider Newcastle’s Woltemade as Plan B

Sky Sport Italia also reports that Juventus have a Plan B and have contacted Newcastle United to ask about the availability of Woltemade.

The Newcastle center forward has already been linked with a move to Serie A in recent days, with reports claiming that Napoli had made an approach for him.

Zirkzee remains Juventus’ first choice, which creates a problem for Fiorentina. The Viola will not allow Moise Kean to join Como until they have secured a replacement.
