Napoli – Dynamo Kiev 
UEFA announcing the match officials for the Champions League Group Stage match, Napoli vs Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday 23 November 2016 at the San Paolo Stadium in Naples, Italy at 20:45. It is Referee Ovidiu Haţegan from Roumania to direct Napoli – Dynamo Kiev.
Haţegan will be assisted by Octavian Șovre (ROU) and Sebastian Gheorghe (ROU). The fourth official will be Radu Ghinguleac (ROU). The additional assistant referees will be Radu Petrescu (ROU) and Sebastian Colţescu (ROU).
- There is one precedent with Referee Ovidiu Haţegan: Aik Solna-Napoli 1-2 november 2012, in the Europa League.
