Hello my friends. Here are Italy Serie A Results Week 5 Roundup played on Saturday 27, Sunday 28, and Monday 29 September 2014.  There are only 2 teams winning all 5 games and ending with full 15 points: Juventus and AS Roma.  Yep.   The two way race for the Scudetto seeming a direct duel which will be unlock next week when Juventus- Roma play the Serie A Week 6 match at the Juventus Stadium.    I already feel like grabbing my big pot of popcorn to munch!!!!!

Highlight in this match, AS Roma 2 – 0 Hellas Verona is the 38th Birthday celebration of iconic Roma Captain Francesco Totti!!!   Totti played the first 65 minutes and then replaced by midfielder Alessandro Florenzi.  Fans thanking Totti with a standing ovation. Goals by Alessandro Florenzi and Mattia Destro.

  • The top scorer  up to Round 5 are Juventus forward Carlos Tevez  and Inter forward Pablo Osvaldo with four goals each.

Atalanta 0 – 3 Juventus, a deserved victory for an unstoppable Juventus dominating Atalanta at the  Atleti Azzurri D’Italia Stadium.  Two goals by Carlos Tevez, one by Alvaro Morata and hero goalkeeper Gigi Buffon saving the penalty by forward German Denis.  Juventus is the only team without conceding goals this season.   Atalanta coach Stefano Colantuono losing control and being sent off by Referee Orsato in the 70th minute for over protesting.
