Hello my friends. Here are the results of the Serie A Week 2 – Second Round on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August 2016.  The Serie A will have a break for the International and World Cup qualifying games and resume on September 11.   There are only 4 teams winning their two games so far reaching full 6 points:  Genoa, Juventus, Sampdoria, and Sassuolo.

The big clash Napoli vs AC Milan ended in favor of Napoli  defeating AC Milan with a 4-2.   A step back for the Rossoneri.   Milan coach Vincenzo Montella still working to define a convincing squad.

A rocking match was Torino 5 – 1 Bologna.   It’s a blow for Bologna conceding 4 goals and question marks for coach Roberto Donadoni.  Good thing for Bologna they will have time to regroup during the international break to fix errors and  improve their performance.  Torino crushing Bologna and the hero forward Andrea Belotti scoring 3 goals  in the 28′, 37′, 88′ minutes!!!

Juventus defeating Lazio at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.  One goal enough to grab the victory and get back for the Scudetto race.

A flop could be also for AS Roma.  Cagliari battling at the Sant’Elia Stadium and down with 0 – 2 to overturn the result for a final 2-2 draw.  It’s a failure for the Roman gladiators who were leading the score and needed this victory to boost the morale of the team after their elimination in the UEFA Champions League Playoffs.  Yet, Roma failed!

Inter disappointing the fans at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium ending with a 1-1 draw.  Inter fans at the end of the game booing, whistling against the team.

The top scorer of the Serie A: Torino forward Andrea Belotti with 4 goals
