Atalanta failing to win the Serie A Week 8 game on Saturday 19 October 2019 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy.   It’s a major disappointment for Atalanta because they were pursuing the victory to keep up the race along Juventus and Inter.  Atalanta were leading 0-3 and ended up with a 3-3 draw.

It is Atalanta to open the score in the 23rd minute. Colombian forward Luis Muriel defeating Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha with a right footed shot in the bottom right corner. The assist is by Robin Gosens.

Lazio increasing the score in the 28th minute. It is again Luis Muriel to upset Lazio fans with his right footed free kick shot in the bottom right corner.

It is chaos for Lazio! In the 37th minute, Atalanta crushing Lazio with the left footed shot goal by Alejandro Gómez to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Rafael Tolói.

Referee Gianluca Rocchi giving a penalty to Lazio in the 68th minute. The penalty conceded by José Luis Palomino after a foul on forward Ciro Immobile inside the penalty area. It is Immobile to take the spot and giving hope to Lazio converts the penalty with a right footed shot to the bottom right corner.  This is the 8th goal by Immobile this season.

What a fast reaction! Lazio surprising Atalanta and scored the second goal in the 70th minute. It is Joaquín Correa to smack a right footed shot in the top left corner. The headed assist is by Ciro Immobile.

Say no more…. Lazio really woke up. In the 92nd minute, Ciro Immobile converts another penalty to level the score for the final 3-3! What a way to react to save at least 1 point. Total disappointment for Atalanta goalkeeper Gollini failing to stop the two penalties.
