Lazio  win the Serie A Week 37 on Sunday 28 May 2023 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy.  With these three points, Lazio has therefore re-overtaken Inter and regained second place in the standings. Lazio reached 71 points and is again +2 above Inter. The last match of the season for Sarri and his team will be next weekend at the Castellani against Empoli. Cremonese however, already relegated to Serie B, will end their season at home by hosting Salernitana. Sarri’s team beat Ballardini’s men 3-2 thanks to Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s brace and Elseid Hysaj’s goal after just 4 minutes. Lazio finished ahead in the first half then in the second half Cremonese recovered within four minutes, between the 54th and 58th minute, taking a momentary 2-2 first with a goal from Galdames then with an own goal from Lazzari . In the 89th minute, however, Milinkovic’s second brace of the season arrived which proved decisive for the final victory.

Lazio have won both of their seasonal matches against Cremonese in Serie A for the second time, after 1929/30. Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is the midfielder who has participated in the most goals in this Serie A TIM season (17, the result of nine goals and eight assists).

Cremonese shortened the distance in the 54th minute. Pablo Galdames Lazio goalkeeper Provedel with a right footed shot to the top right corner. The assist is by Emanuele Valeri.

What a crazy move! Cremonese equalized thanks to an own goal by Manuel Lazzari.

Lazio scored the winner goal in the 89th minute. Sergej Milinkovic-Savic with a brace scored from very close range with a headed shot following a corner conceded by Matteo Bianchetti.
