Napoli, the Champions of Italy, ended the Serie A Week 37 game with a draw on Sunday 28 May 2023 at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium in Bologna, Italy. In the standings, Bologna moves to 51 points, losing contact from 8th place, while Napoli rises to 87 but sees the possibility of beating the record set in the 2017/18 season fade away. A super Victor Osimhen with a brace for Napoli is not enough to achieve victory. Bologna comeback signed by Ferguson and De Silvestri. Napoli had not drawn a Serie A match after going two goals up since 1 December 2021 (2-2 v Sassuolo). Bologna shortened the distance in the 62nd minute. Lewis Ferguson defeated Napoli goalkeeper Gollini with a right-footed shot to the center.

Bologna battling until the end to equalize in the 84th minute. Lorenzo De Silvestri scored from very close range with a headed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Nicola Sansone following a corner conceded by Bartosz Bereszynski.
