Lazio win the Serie A Week 33 game on Wednesday 3 May 2023 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy. Three fundamental points for Lazio, who beat Sassuolo with a clear 2-0 and regain second place from Juventus, behind Napoli who need just one point to win the long-awaited Scudetto. In the first half, Sarri’s formation seals the advantage with Felipe Anderson, but risks being taken back by Sassuolo in the final with Frattesi who has an excellent opportunity from close range at his feet. In the second half of the game Lazio continues to build but also knows how to suffer, and in added time they score an encore with Basic who thus closes the match

Lazio opened the score in the 14th minute. Felipe Anderson defeated Sassuolo goalkeeper Andrea Consigli with a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Marcos Antônio.

Lazio sealed the game in the 92nd minute. Toma Basic scored with a right-footed shot to the center. The assist is by Mattia Zaccagni.
