Fiorentina humiliated Sampdoria with a goleada. Fiorentina won the Serie A Week 32 game crushing Sampdoria on Sunday 30 April 2023 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy. Surely, it was a one-way match with the Viola dominating. Dodo, Duncan and Terzic were favored by the Serbian’s plays, joy also for Kouame. Two opposite feelings.  Fiorentina displayed superiority and Sampdoria with a major flop.  Sadly, if there is a worthy way to end a season as disastrous as the one Sampdoria is experiencing, the goleada is not a positive example. Fiorentina started the party in the 47th minute. Gaetano Castrovilli defeated Sampdoria goalkeeper with a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Cristiano Biraghi following a corner conceded by Marios Oikonomou. Special goal for Castrovilli scoring a goal in a Serie A match for the first time after 494 days, since Verona-Fiorentina on 22 December 2021.
