Napoli overtook the first position after winning the Serie A Week 27 game against Lazio on Sunday 27 February 2022 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy.   Napoli won in extremis, in the 94th minute with the goal by Fabián Ruiz.  Napoli and AC Milan have 57 points each.
