Inter failing to win the Serie A Week 27 game against Sassuolo on Wednesday 24 June 2020 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan, Italy.  The match ended with a draw while Sassuolo put up a strong front.  This draw is a step back for Inter on their quest to battle for the Scudetto.

Surprise at the Meazza!  Sassuolo opening the score in the 3rd minute.  It is  Francesco Caputo to defeat Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic with a right footed shot in the center.  The assist is by Filip Djuricic.

Inter equalizing for the 1-1. Referee Davide Massa grants a penalty to Inter conceded by Jeremie Boga in the 40th minute. It is forward Romelu Lukaku to defeat Sassuolo goalkeeper Andrea Consiglie converting the penalty with a left footed shot.

Inter taking the lead just before ending the first half. It is Cristiano Biraghi to break the draw delivering a left footed shot in the center. The assist is by Alexis Sánchez.

Sassuolo equalizing for the 2-2. In the 81st minute, forward Domenico Berardi converts a penalty defeating Handanovic with a left footed shot in the bottom right corner. The penalty is conceded by Ashley Young after a foul on Sassuolo Mert Müldür.

Inter taking the lead again for the 3-2 in the 86th minute. Borja Valero defeating goalkeeper Consigli from close range with a right footed shot in the bottom right corner. The assist is by Antonio Candreva.

A blow for Inter. Sassuolo equalizing for the 3-3 in the 89th minute. Giangiacomo Magnani delivering a left footed shot from close range in the bottom right corner following a corner conceded by Samir Handanovic.
