Inter being the sole leader  win the Serie A Week 21 game keeping the 1st position on Sunday 9 January 2022 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan, Italy.  Inter are recording their second best home unbeaten series in Serie A since the beginning of the 90s: at the moment they have not lost any of their last 26 internal matches in the competition, best in the period they did only between 2008 and 2010 , when it came to 46.

Lazio equalizing for the 1-1 in the 35th minute. It is forward Ciro Immobile to defeat Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic with a right footed shot to the center. The assist is by Elseid Hysaj.

✅  Stats before the game.  Inter have won only two of their last six league games against Lazio (1D, 3L) and have only kept a clean sheet once in the set (in the 1-0 win in September 2019, with Antonio Conte on the bench). Lazio have suffered six defeats in their last eight Serie A away games at the Meazza stadium – between Inter and AC Milan – finding success in the remaining two (1-0 against Inter in March 2019 and 2-1 against Milan in November 2019 ).  Two of Lazio’s three away wins in this league have come in their three most recent away games (against Sampdoria and Venice) – in general, the Biancocelesti can claim two straight away wins in the competition for the first time since April 2021.
