AC Milan won the Serie A Week 13 on Saturday 25 November 2023 at San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy. Milan with 26 points returned to third place alone, maintaining its distance from Napoli with 24 points. Fiorentina remained on 20 points in the standings, tied with Atalanta. The historic match which saw the debut of Francesco Camarda, 15 years old, the first player in 2008 to take the field in the major European leagues and the youngest ever in Serie A.

Milan returned to winning ways in the league thanks to a penalty from Theo Hernandez at the end of the first half. A hard-fought match that saw goalkeeper Mike Maignan make great saves in the second half, especially in injury time, when he saved a goal from Mandragora with his face.
