Palermo silencing the Friuli Stadium with an important away victory. There were just 1 point difference between them. Palermo totally crushing Udinese. It was just a nightmare for Udinese and fans at the end whistling, booing the team and coach Andrea Stramaccioni. It’s the second consecutive defeat, and this time painful because it was at home. A truly well deserved victory for Palermo.
Udinese pouring the first cold bucket in the 15th minute freezing the Friuli Stadium. It is midfielder Achraf Lazzar to defeat Udinese goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis with a left footed shot from about 25 meters all the way to the top right corner. The assist is by forward Paulo Dybala.
Celebration for Palermo starting with Achraf Lazaar after his opening goal.
Udinese fans totally upset after Palermo scored the 0-2 goal. A loud boo to contest the team who were unable to react at least to equalize. In the 21st minute, it is midfielder Luca Rigoni to defeat goalkeeper Karnezis with a left footed sot in the bottom right corner. And guess who did the assist? Well, you guessed it right.. it was key player Paulo Dybala again. Party time for Palermo fans while Rigoni is congratulated by his teammates. It’s the 6th goal by Rigoni this season.
It must have been an unlucky day for Udinese. However, I will say no. It was just a majestic moment for Palermo who believe in winning since the beginning of the match. In the 66th minute, the third slap to Udinese. This time is midfielder Ivaylo Chochev to defeat goalkeeper Karnezis with a headed shot. Surely, Palermo are rocking at the Friuli in total control of the match.
Udinese at least scoring the honor goal in the 81st minute with Captain Antonio Di Natale. Nevertheless, this goal was not enough to draw. Di Natale defeating Palermo goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino with a right footed shot in the top right corner. This is the 11th goal by Di Natale.
