Palermo celebrating their 1,000 game in Serie A!!!! Sadly, the celebration turning sour after Torino defeated them. Palermo needed a victory to leave the relegation zone while Torino with this victory climb towards the top 6 positions.
It is Palermo to open the score in the 5th minute delighting their fans at the Renzo Barbera Stadium! Way to go to celebrate their 1,000 game in Serie A with this goal by Ivaylo Chochev with a headed shot following a corner conceded by Torino midfielder Mirko Valdifiori. Chochev defeating Torino goalkeeper Joe Hart sending the ball in the bottom left corner. The assist is by forward Alessandro Diamanti. It is the first goal of the season by Chochev.

Torino cooling down Palermo’s celebration by equalizing the score in the 25th minute. It is midfielder Adem Ljajic to defeat Palermo goalkeeper Josip Posavec with a right footed shot in the top left corner. The assist is by forward Iago Falque.
What a blow… it seems the party for Palermo is ruined. Just before ending the first half, Torino smacking another goal. In the 45th minute, it is Marco Benassi to deliver a right footed shot in the bottom right corner. The assist is by Daniele Baselli.
Well, what started as a good celebration turning now into a nightmare. Torino scoring for the 1 – 4 in the 50th minute. In the 50th minute, Daniele Baselli defeating goalkeeper Posavec with a right footed shot in the center. The assist is Iago Falque with a cross.
