Fiorentina suffering a painful defeat at the Artemio Franchi Stadium seeing their chances to be among the top teams vanishing.

It’s emergency for Napoli making the first forced substitution in the 25th minute.  Forward Lorenzo Insigne cannot continue and is replaced by forward Dries Mertens.

Fiorentina closer to the goal in the 59th minute with midfielder Juan Guillermo Cuadrado forcing Napoli goalkeeper to save his right footed shot in the bottom right corner.  Cuadrado cannot believe his luck!.

Napoli finally opening the score in the 61st with forward Gonzalo “El Pipita” Higuain defeating Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto with a right footed shot in the high center.   This is the 3rd goal of the season for Higuain.
