It’s the first game of the 2014 – 2015 Serie A season. Chievo welcome Juventus at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium.
Juventus opening the score in the 6th minute with the action by defender Martin Caceres following a corner. Torino goalkeeper anticipates trying to save, but leaving the net empty. Caceres from a difficult position makes the headed shot touching Chievo defender Cristiano Biraghi and there you go… the first goal of the season. The goal is given to Biraghi as an own goal.

Referee Russo giving the first yellow card of the match to Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal after a foul on Chievo defender Biraghi bringing him down in the 29th minute.
Second half starting with Chievo Verona making 2 substitutions in the 45th minute. Midfielder Ivan Radovanovic replacing midfielder Thoams Mangani. Forward Alberto Paloschi replacing forward Ezequiel Schelotto.
Things not going well for Chievo at all. In the 70th minute a forced substitution for injury after Radovanovic crashing with teammate Dario Dainelli. It’s the last substitution for Chievo and Radovanovic leaving the pitch on stretcher is replaced by midfielder Isaac Cofie.
Chievo challenging Juventus in the 76th minute with forward Maxi Lopez delivering a right footed shot forcing goalkeeper Gigi Buffon for a super save in the bottom right corner deviating for a corner. The combo Paloschi – Lopez is creating danger for Juventus who now need to be really awake.
