This is a match for salvation.  It’s a nightmare for both teams who were promoted from Serie B this season and struggling to remain in Serie A next season.   There are no precedents in Serie A between Carpi and Frosinone at the Alberto Braglia Stadium.  On Week 10, the game ended in favor of Frosinone at the Matusa Stadium with a 2-1.

Carpi opening the score in the 27th minute.  It’s midfielder Raffaele Bianco to defeat Frosinone goalkeeper Leali with a right footed shot in the bottom right corner.   The assist is by Lorenzo Lollo.

Frosinone equalizing the score in the 71st minute.   It’s forward Federico Dionisi to level the score defeating Carpi goalkeeper Belec with a left footed shot in the high center.

A fabulous end for Carpi!   Something unexpected and there you go Referee Banti giving a penalty to Carpi conceded by Frosinone midfielder Danilo Soddimo after a foul on Carpi midfielder  Marco Crimi.  Yep, Carpi claiming the victory in the agonizing 90th minute!    It’s midfielder Jonathan de Guzmán to convert a penalty defeating goalkeeper Leali with a right footed shot in the bottom right corner.
