A cold shower for Bologna losing their first game this season at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium.  Napoli crushed Bologna with a 0-3 goals claiming all 3 points.    Bologna stepping down from the 8th to the 9th position while Napoli jumping from the 3rd to the 2nd position.

It is a major motivation for Napoli winning their three consecutive games ahead of their Champions League Group Stage match against Shakhtar Donetsk on 13 September at the OSK Metalist Stadion – Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Napoli opened the score in the 66th minute. It is Spanish forward José Callejón to defeat Bologna goalkeeper Antonio Mirante with a headed shot in the bottom right corner. The assist is by forward Lorenzo Insigne with a cross.

Bologna conceding another goal in the 83rd minute. This time, it is forward Dries Mertens to smack a left footed shot in the bottom left corner.

Final blow for Bologna! Napoli grabbing a deserved victory in the 88th minute. It is Piotr Zielinski to defeat goalkeeper Mirante with a left footed shot in the bottom left corner. The assist is by José Callejón. Way to go for Napoli. Tough defeat for Bologna.
