AC Milan failing bg time to win the home game and theirdream for a spot in the Champions League next season seems disappearing.  Milan has not won in the last 6 games and is -14 points below Juventus having 51 points.   Great victory for Sampdoria coach Marco Giampaolo defeating for the first time coach Vincenzo Montella in this away game.

Referee Guida giving a penalty to Sampdoria in the 70th minute conceded by AC Milan defender Gabriel Paletta after a foul on Sampdoria forward Fabio Quagliarella.  It is Colombian forward Luis Muriel to convert the penalty defeating Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma with a right footed shot in the bottom right corner.  This is the 8th goal of the season by Muriel and his 40th goal in Serie A.

Tough situation for AC Milan.   Referee Guida giving a second yellow card to midfielder José Sosa in the 90th minute after a foul on Sampdoria midfielder Filip Djuricic.   It’s the automatic red card and Milan finished the game with 10 players.
