Mission accomplished. AC Milan surviving the pressure and won the Serie A Week 37 game on Sunday 19 May 2019 at the San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy. Mathematically speaking, Frosinone is already relegated to the Serie B. AC Milan is racing to get a spot in the Champions League next season and there is only 1 more game to end the season. AC Milan and Atalanta having points each. AC Milan reaching the 4th position and being 1 point below Inter in the 3rd position. A thing of relief is that at least AC Milan is back in the European competition either in Champions or the Europa League.
Frosinone wasted their chance to open the score in the 50thminute when Referee Manganiello granted a penalty conceded by Ignazio Abate. Camillo Ciano failed to score because AC Milan goalkeeper Gianlugi Donnarumma saved it in the bottom right corner. A total relief for Milan fans.
AC Milan opening the score in the 57th minute. It is Piatek Krzysztof to defeat Frosinone goalkeeper from close range with a right footed shot in the center. The assist is by Fabio Borini.
