🏆🇮🇹 👉    Sampdoria won the Coppa Italia game against Ascoli on Thursday 20 October 2022 at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genoa, Italy.  The game went to extra time after ending 2-2.  The game was decided on penalties with Sampdoria qualifying to the Round of 16. Stankovic’s team closes regular time 1-1, 2-2 in extra time. Contini decisive penalty from 11 meters. Sampdoria will face Fiorentina.

Sampdoria opened the score in the 10th minute. Valerio Verre defeated Ascoli goalkeeper Enrico Guarna with a left-footed shot to the bottom right corner.  The assist is by Abdelhamid Sabiri.

Ascoli equalized for the 1-1 in the 33rd minute. Michele Collocolo defeated Sampdoria goalkeeper Nikita Contini with a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Eric Botteghin.

In the 110th minute, Ascoli took the lead. Francesco Donati scored with a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner. The assist is by Cedric Gondo.

Sampdoria equalized for the 2-2 in the 118th minute.  Francesco Caputo scored from very close range with a headed shot to the center.  The assist is by Tommaso Augello.
