Italy testing another group of players in this International Friendly game against Albania.   There has not been previous friendly games between Italy and Albania.

Italy claiming a victory thanks to the own goal by Albania forward Hamdi Salihi in the 82nd minute.  The goal following a corner seeing Italy forward Stefano Okaka with a headed shot deviated by  Salihi, but on his way to clear it marked an own goal defeating Albania goalkeeper Etrit Berisha.

 

Highlights of the match including the debut with the Italian National team of Torino defender Moretti,  Genoa midfielder Bertolacci, Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin,

Italy adding fresh energy to the attack by making 2 substitutions in the 65th minute:    Roma forward Mattia Destro replaced by Genoa forward Alessandro Matri,  and forward Stefano Okaka replacing Juventus forward Sebastian Giovinco.

In the 72nd minute, Coach Antonio Conte giving playing  time to Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin replacing Paris Saint Germain  goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.

In the 82nd minute Italy replacing Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci with Sassuolo defender Francesco Acerbi.
