Italy leading Group E after Matchday 2 with 6 points and a positive goal difference of +3.   Italy defeating Sweden  on Friday 17 June 2016 in the UEFA EURO 2016 in Group E at the Stadium Municipal in Toulouse, France.   Italy qualified for the last 16 with a game to spare.    Italy closer to winning the group which would be confirmed as long as Belgium do not lose to the Republic of Ireland in Bordeaux in Saturday’s group E game.
