Conte visits Vinovo

The Italian national coach meets club management and Massimiliano Allegri at Juventus Center before watching the Bianconeri being put through their paces

Antonio Conte took a trip down memory lane today as he returned to Juventus Center in his role as Italy coach to watch the Bianconeri being put through their paces.

The visit for the 45-year-old, who was joined by Azzurri team manager Gabriele Oriali, formed part of his scheduled tour of Serie A clubs.

Shortly after 12.30 CET, Conte arrived at the club’s training complex where he was met by president Andrea Agnelli, CEO Giuseppe Marotta, Pavel Nedved and Fabio Paratici.

The group then made its way down to the training pitches, where Conte took the opportunity to greet Massimiliano Allegri before observing today’s session.

Tactics formed the main focus of the Bianconeri’s workout, with Andrea Barzagli, whose individual workload has been steadily increasing throughout the week, participating in the entire practice. Andrea Pirlo, meanwhile, worked in the gym after missing out on yesterday’s training with flu-like symptoms.
