Juventus pursuing their dream to win the Champions League this season.  The first step to qualify for the Quarterfinals is done.   Juventus defeat FC Porto in this First Leg on Wednesday 22 February 2017at the Dragao Stadium in Porto, Portugal.   Stat: Porto have not beaten Juventus in three previous meetings, now….. Juve changing this stat.  The Second Leg will be played on Tuesday 14 March at the Juventus Stadium.

Incredible!   Referee Felix Brych just giving the first  RED CARD to FC Porto defender Alex Telles in the 27th minute.  It is amazing as Telles collected two yellow cards in less than 2 minutes.  Are you kidding me? Hello!   First yellow card in the 25th minute and the second one in the 27th minute.   Well, Porto remaining with 10 players and this is favor now of Juventus having an extra player.

FC Porto coach Espírito Santo is forced to make the first substitution in the 30th minute readjusting his strategy remaining with 10 players.   It is Mexican midfielder Miguel Layún to replace midfielder André Silva.

It is Juventus to open the score in the 72nd minute.  Marko Pjaca defeating Porto goalkeeper Iker Casillas in the bottom corner!!!  You bet coach Massimiliano Allegri must be satisfied seeing his change making a difference. Pjaca had substituted midfielder Juan Manuel Cuadrado in the 67th minute and now he scores!

Way to go for Dani Alves!  Awesome, imagine, Alves replacing defender Stephan Lichsteiner in the 72nd minute and after two minutes, BAM!!!!!!  GOALLLLLL   Yep, Dani Alves defeating goalkeeper Iker Casillas.  The action started with   Alex Sandro providing the assist for Alves who accommodates the ball with th chest and then the final left footed shot not giving time to Casillas to react.
