AC Milan leveled the score at 1-1 in the 63rd minute. Rafael Leão found the net with a right-footed shot aimed at the bottom right corner. The assist came from Strahinja Pavlovic. The Portuguese forward picked up the ball on the left flank, skillfully controlled it, cut in onto his right foot, and fired a low, curling shot from approximately twenty yards that curved into the corner to the left of goalkeeper De Gea.
