Azzurrini will play a friendly against Croatia today

The season of the under-19 national team will begin with a friendly against Croatia today. The Azzurrini will play three times in a month in the early stages of the season. The team has a new head coach, Paolo Vanoli, who was promoted to the under-19 side during the summer. He will make his debut in Zagreb today at 17:30 CEST, before facing The Netherlands (3rd September) and the Republic of Ireland (7th September) in two friendlies due to take place in Cava de’ Tirreni.
