The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) reports the completion of the Italian National team training on Wednesday 26 May 2021 at the Forte Village Resort in Santa Margherita di Pula. Italy Head Coach Roberto Mancini preparing the squad for the friendly game against San Marino to be played on Friday 28 May in Cagliari at the Sardegna Arena. The FIGC informs that the team trained this morning as Sassuolo defender Gian Marco Ferrari joined the group after he was called up to replace Manuel Lazzari. Pellegrini, Raspadori, Sensi, Spinazzola and Verratti all trained in part.

“The boys are looking good and are happy to be here with their families,” said fitness coach Andrea Scanavino. “This pre-camp helps us to relax a little following the pressures of a domestic season that was intense until the final matchday. We’re monitoring the players’ conditions and we’re trying to give them the best conditions possible, in which they can feel good and are able to do what the coach wants of them.”
