Italy made it to the Quarterfinals! Italy defeated China in the FIFA Women’s World Cup Quarterfinals game on Tuesday 25 June 2019 at the Stade de la Mosson in
Montpellier, France.
Italy will play the Quarterfinals against the winner of Netherlands v Japan on Saturday 29 June at the Stade du Hainaut in Valenciennes at 15:00 local time. Way to go for the Azzurre!
Italy opened the score in the 15 minute. It is Valentina Giacinti to defeat China goalkeeper with a left footed shot in the bottom right corner.
The second goal of the match arriving in the 49th minute. It is Aurora Galli to deliver a right footed shot in the bottom left corner. The assist is by Alia Guagni. Congrats to Galli scoring her third goal of France 2019. Italy flying high and the party is on!
