Coach Gian Piero Ventura has confirmed his group of players for the first of three training camps dedicated to observing the most interesting youth prospects in the Italy set-up. There are 22 players that have been selected from Serie A and Serie B respectively, however teams involved in the Champions League and the Europa League (Juventus, Napoli, Fiorentina, Inter, Roma and Sassuolo) will retain their players. Thanks to the agreement reached with Napoli, defender Lorenzo Tonelli will take part in the camp.
The selected players will meet up at Coverciano on Monday 21st November. They will then complete double training sessions on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd. The coach and players will meet the press at the end of the camp.
Information for the media – Starting from today until 20th November, accreditations will be available exclusively on the on-line FIGC electronic system www.accreditations.figc.it. Accreditation will permit admission to training and press conferences at Coverciano.
