Youth Academy: this weekend’s fixtures

MILAN – The weekend for the Nerazzurri youth teams begins with Stefano Vecchi’s Primavera side, preparing for two big challenges with the Chievo match on Saturday and the Coppa Italia on Wednesday, both of which take place at the Stado Breda in Sesto San Giovanni.

The Primavera lads will take to the Stadio Breda pitch on Saturday 25 October in Via XX Settembre, Sesto San Giovanni. It’s a hugely important game with a so-far perfect record at stake against the reigning Italian champions. A few hours later in Venice, at 15:00, Salvatore Cerrone’s Berretti will be in action at the Stadio Comunale Largo Enzo Ferrari in Campagna Lupia. The Esordienti side will kick off at 16:00 at home against Lombardia Uno at the Accademia Inter pitch in Via Cilea 51.

On Sunday, the first match will be that of the Giovanissimi Regionali B, coached by Paolo Migiliavacca, when they take on Aurora Pro Patria at 10:00. One hour later Stefano Bellinzaghi’s Giovanissimi Nazionali host Renate at the Stadio Lombardina in Via Sbarbaro 5/7. Marco Mandelli’s Giovanissimi Regionali team play Lumezzane at the Centro Sportivo Enotria in Via Cazzaniga 26.

The Allievi Nazionali Serie A and B, coached by Benoit Cauet, will be at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti in Via Sbarbaro 1 to face Cagliari at 15:00. With the same kick-off time will be the Allievi Nazionali Lega Pro, guided by Gianmario Corti, away to Varese at the Centro Sportivo Bosto in Via Torquato Tasso 97, Capolago. Then, also at 15:00, the boys of Marco Sala’s Esordienti team will be taking part in the Cavallotti Tournament, along with Ausonia, Lacchiarella and Assago, at the Stadio Comunale in Via Dante, Lacchiarella.
