BUSTO ARSIZIO – The celebrations in the province of Varese took on hues of blue and black for the Wivi l’Inter event that saw a turnout of more than 400 fans. Fifty children came together at the Teatro Fratello Sole in Busto Arsizio to spend time with Mateo Kovacic and Zdravko Kuzmanovic for an evening of fun and games.
Under the direction of Patrizio Alfieri, 18 Inter Clubs were present, and the following received awards:
– Inter Club Somma Lombardo for their 50th anniversary
– Inter Club Saronno for their 40th anniversary
– Inter Club Malnate for their 30th anniversary
– Inter Club Val di Matt for their work during the season
The evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Bianca Garavaglia association, which is dedicated to fundraising to promoting scientific research for cures related to childhood cancer, as well as providing financial and operational assistance.
A further amount will go towards the purchase of educational material for the paediatrics department of the Busto Arsizio Hospital.
