WASHINGTON, DC – The Nerazzurri had their final training session on the East Coast this morning before flying to California ahead of tomorrow’s International Champions Cup meeting with Real Madrid. The team’s preparations for the European champions involved a warm-up, tactical work on dead-ball situations, drills focusing on speed and then a game on a short pitch to end.
Mateo Kovacic trained alone due to a minor calf problem.
This afternoon Inter will make the trip across to Oakland on the other side of the States. Tomorrow’s match against Carlo Ancelotti’s side kicks off at 15:00 local time (midnight CET).
