The Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) Guarantee Board denied Inter’s appeal and the postponed match against Bologna must be played. The game, originally scheduled on January 6 at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in Bologna, was called off after the Bologna team failed to show up. The verdict is that the game will be played on Wednesday 27 April. The Bologna squad was struck with a COVID outbreak and their Local Health Authority refused to let them travel to the Dall’Ara Stadium.
On the other hand, the result of the match between Udinese and Atalanta in favor of Atlanta won by 6-2, was confirmed. The game Atalanta-Torino will also have to be played, already set for Wednesday 11 May.
