MILAN FOUNDATION WINS INFANT CHARITY AWARD

The event was hosted by Aron Marzetti at the Palazzo Parigi Grand Hotel and Spa in the city for an evening organized to raise funds for the acquisition of intensive neonatal therapy technology for the Buzzi hospital in Milan.
The Infant Charity Awards came about as an idea to provide recognition to the diverse associations working for child welfare. Franco Baresi, together with secretary general Rocco Giorgianni was on stage for the Milan Foundation to accept the award in the category of ‘cultural development and infant support’.
X-Factor finalist Aba also performed during the evening as did Federico Gerdenghi, the smallest DJ in the world at only 9 years of age and noted pianist and composer Alessandro Martire.
All funds raised go towards acquisitions for the Neonatal intensive care unit of the Buzzi hospital.
