MILAN – Mauro Icardi was a happy boy after his hat-trick today, grinning as he showed the match ball to Inter Channel.
The Argentine forward talked us through his performance: “All three goals were different,” he began. “I got a slice of luck for the first one. Mateo had a go and the ball ended up in front of me. There was a bit of confusion in the box and I managed to score. The third goal was the best, in my opinion. I’m feeling good, physically, because I had a full preseason and have started the season in top form. I’m really happy.”
