CHARLOTTE – Milan’s final training session in the United States took place on Tuesday. Up next for the rossoneri is a friendly match against Chivas on Wednesday in Houston, Texas.
The session was held once again at the Davidson College near Charlotte and began with a warm-up which consisted of a jog, lower body exercises and stretching. This was followed by a series of running drills with the use of the obstacles and cones.
After the warm-up, a long session focused on tactics began. Initially the players worked over half a pitch in 10 v 9, attack versus defence, with one goalkeeper. Afterwards, the players worked on corners and free-kicks.
Individuals: Zapata and Menez completed the entire session with the rest of the group once again.
