DAMMAM – Just two short months since the project was presented to local authorities in late October, activity is well underway at Inter Academy Saudi Arabia. “Our partners Aldowaly Sport Company are providing us with a cutting-edge sports complex where we can run activities under the supervision of our two instructors, Valerio Candido and Andrea Ratti,” explained technical director Marco Monti.

“For the moment, we’re working with three age groups (6-9 years, 10-12 years, 13-14 years) with the support of a team of local instructors overseen by managing director Khaled S.Al-Hawar.

“Ours is a very worthwhile project, something confirmed by the enthusiasm being shown by the children involved. This is testimony both to the technical quality of our service but also to the educational and social value of sporting activity,” continued Monti.

The Inter staff are currently back in Italy enjoying a well-earned Christmas break. Activity will resume on 11 January, with a visit from Monti and technical coordinator Aldo Montinaro mooted for some time in the New Year.
