🇮🇹    Inter won the Coppa Italia Quarterfinals defeating Atalanta on Tuesday 31 January 2023 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan, Italy.  Inter reached the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia for the fourth consecutive season, having been eliminated in the quarter-finals in the previous three editions. A goal from defender Matteo Darmian is enough for the Nerazzurri to eliminate Atalanta. Inter quaified for the Coppa Itaia Semifinal and will meet the winner of Juve-Lazio.

Inter and Atalanta are meeting for the 10th time in the Italian Cup: the Milanese team have won all of their last four matches against the Dea after having achieved success in only two of the first five in the competition (D1, L2).

Inter opened the score in the 57th minute.  Matteo Darmian defeated Atalanta goalkeeper Juan Musso with a left-footed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Lautaro Martínez.
