Italian Soccer Serie A blog congratulates SSC Napoli Coach Luciano Spalletti selected as “Coach of the Month” for the month of February. The Award will be presented before the Serie A Week 28 game Napoli vs AC Milan on Sunday 6 March 2022 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Naples.

As reported by the Lega Serie A, the award was assigned by a jury of Directors of sports media who evaluated each coach on the basis of technical and sporting criteria and the quality of play of their teams, as well as their behavior/fair play during matches.

For the final calculation were considered the matchdays from 24 to 27 of Serie A 2021/2022.

“Napoli returned to first place in the standings thanks to a month of February without defeat and Luciano Spalletti won, for the second time this season, the Coach Of The Month award. Under the Tuscan coach’s guidance, the Azzurri are enjoying a season at the top of Serie A, confirming their position as the best defense in the league thanks to the attention paid to the defensive phase by the coach.
